Quiet Christmas at Passford

Arrive at your leisure on Christmas Eve and  then relax and unwind before indulging in an A la Carte dinner served in The Terrace Restaurant .

Christmas Day starts with a hearty English breakfast after which there is time for a stroll round the gardens or a brisk forest walk before our traditional Christmas Lunch is served in the elegant surroundings of The Terrace Restaurant.  If you have room then the day concludes with a light buffet supper.

After another traditional classic English breakfast on Boxing Day the rest of the day is yours  to do as little or as much as you like. In the evening return to The Terrace Restaurant for another sumptious A la Carte dinner.

On 27th it is time to say farewell, after another leisurely breakfast of  course! We wish you all the best for 2012 and hope to see you again soon!

Terms and Conditions

• All bookings are taken at the discretion of the hotel management and are subject to availability, and our usual terms and conditions of booking.
• A provisional booking should be made in the first instance by telephone or email, this will be held for 14 days.
• A deposit of £100 per room, and the completed booking form is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits can be paid either by cheque or by supplying us with your credit card details (number, expiry date and CVC code).
• A booking will not be regarded as confirmed until the hotel is in receipt of the booking form and deposit. Once we have received these we will re-confirm the reservation to you in writing or by email.
• All deposits are non-refundable. A further cancellation charge may apply for bookings cancelled after 1st November 2012.
