Helpful Information
Deposits – When making your reservation a deposit of £100.00 per room is required to confirm your booking along with written confirmation, which on receipt of these we will be pleased to confirm the booking. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between yourselves and Passford House
Any reservation cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival is liable to be charged for, unless the accommodation is re-let to another guest.
On your day of arrival bedrooms are normally available from 3.00pm.
On your day of departure would you please settle your account and vacate your room by 11.00am.
Children’s Accommodation – We have a few rooms, which can accommodate children sharing with their parents. Children’s meals can be charged as taken. Children sharing their parent’s room are charged at £20.00 per night for accommodation, full English breakfast and VAT. Cots can be provided in the room at £10.00 per night.
Children's Meals - A children's meal is available from 5.30pm - 6.30pm. This can be served in the restaurant or your bedroom.
Children under 7 are not permitted in the restaurant after 7pm.
Dress Code – We feel passionately that you are comfortable at Passford House and if this means you like to wear a jacket and tie or casual wear then please do so. We do not allow jeans, shorts or baseball caps in the restaurant.
Non Smoking Hotel – Guests are requested to smoke in the gardens of the hotel.
Smoking Bedrooms – We have a small number of bedrooms reserved for smokers.
Dogs – The manager has discretion regarding the acceptance of dogs, if accommodated a daily charge of £10.00 excluding food is made on condition the owner accepts full responsibility for costs of making good damage to hotel property or compensation to other guests inconvenienced. Dogs are not allowed in the bar or restaurant and must be kept on a lead at all times.
